Dear Dave:
At their regular business meeting on Monday, March 12, 1979, the Planning and
Zoning Board recommended approval of the preliminary subdivision plat of Wagon
Wheel with the following conditions:
1. That the right-of-way widths be revised to the current accepted width;
2. That the two access points to the park/detention area have a minimum
width of 25' and be improved with sidewalks;
3. That any reference to multiple family uses on Outlet A be deleted;
4. That the petitioner agree to secure the right-of-way and improve
Bowie Avenue between the subject property and Swallow Street prior
to the issuance of building permits for that area;
5. That the petitioner provide landscape and berming treatment along
Shields Street.
Before Council will review your request a revised preliminary subdivision plat
will be required reflecting the above conditions. A letter from you agreeing
to condition #4 will suffice.
The revised preliminary plat and letter must be submitted to the Planning Office
no later than March 28, 1979. If this schedule is adhered to, I would antici-
pate that this item would appear on the City Council's agenda for April 10, 1979.
