RE: Drainage Easement Vacation
Lot 58, Falcon Ridge PUD
Gentlemen:
This letter is to request vacation of a small portion of the drainage easement on the west side of
l,ot 58 of Falcon Ridge PUD, also known as 315 Red I lawk Drive, Fort Collins (please sec
attached Exhibit A and legal description).
When the home was constructed in 2000 or 2001, a minor encroachment necessitated a lot line
ad_justmcnt. At that time we neglected to also obtain a vacation of the drainage casement where
the encroachment occurred. This situation came to light recently when the home was re -sold. We
would like to correct this problem so that there arc no further title issues with the property.
