Dear Bob:
This is regarding the Replat of Lot 11 and Part Tract "B", Drake
Park, Second Filing. Office One Limited is proposing to add onto the
east side of the existing building. The addition will eliminate part
of the parking area that is between Lots 10 and 11. It will extend
approximately 45 feet East from the existing building on the ground floor
and the second and third floors will extend approximately 73 feet East
from the existing building. This will provide some covered parking area
which will continue to be used as on —site storm water detention.
The surface of the covered parking area is being lowered a small
amount to increase the volume of detention that can remain. The high
water line of the detention pond remains the same as it is presently
constructed.
There will be a net loss of detention volume of 925 cubic feet after
the building addition is completed. To make up this decrease, it is
proposed to raise the asphalt in the spilling area of the existing
detention pond that is located in the existing parking area South of
Lots 11 and 12''. The deepening of this pond by 0.10 feet will provide
enough volume of detention to equal the existing volume.
The proposed revised grading plan is shown on the enclosed Sheet
1 of 3 of the original Utility and Grading Plan for Drake Park, Second
Filing.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call.
Sincerely,
Q.L
