GENERAL
NOTES:
1. TURF I arose shall be sodded with Kentucky 8knegraes sod.
2. TURF I arose shall be Irrigated with an automatic pop-up sprWOr
system. All plant material in shrub bed arose *hail be irrigated with
an automatic drip irrigation "ten.
3. The irrigation system shall be reviewed and approved id the
City's Water Department prior to the issuance of a bui ing
permit. The irrigation system must be installed or secured with a
financial Instrument deposited with the City prior to issuance of a
Certificate of Oeduparwq.
4. Top soil: To the maximum extent feasible, top soil that is removed
during construction activity "II be cor*wved for later use on
areas requiring revegetatiom and landscaping.
5. Soil Preparattom Prior to the Installation of plant materials, areas
that have been compacted or disturbed by construction activity
shall be thoroughly loosened. Dairy compost shall be thoroughy
incorporated at a rate of 3 cu. yd*A000 q. M into all landscape
areas.

1. All plant material shall meet AAN standards for number one grade
and shall be sized as specified in the Plant Schedule on this plan.

for 125% of the valuation of the materials prior to the issuance of

13. The Owner shall be reeporelble for maintenance of the landscape

way.
14. A free permit must be obtained from the City Forester before any
tree as noted on tins plan is planted, pruned or removed within the
public street righte-of-way.
15. Developer *Mil ensure that the landscape plan ie coordinated with
the plan doe by others consultants so construction does not
conflict nor preclude installation and maintenance of landscape
elements on this plan.
I&- Coordinate tree planting with local utility companies. Location of
all utilities shall be verified in the field prior to planting.
