The offsite grading/improvements will require offsite easements. 1 received the draft dedication language for the easement
for the concrete pan, but certain sections of the standard language were omitted and need to be revised. Also, if the
easement is not completed by hearing, then a letter of intent from the property owner will be required prior to hearing.
There is an area on the property to the north that appears to be new grading. As such, another offsite easement would be
required for that, with the letter of intent due prior to hearing and the complete easement due prior to mylars.

accommodate the 4.5' walk and 6.5' parkway plus an extra foot. Please revise the drawings to accurately show the
edge of walk at the ROW line.
