Status Comment:
1. Just to clarify, if the building has an overhang that is 4 or more feet
in length, the under side is required to be equipped with automatic fire
sprinklers. 06IFC 903.3.3 2. While not part of this minor amendment,
the Emergency Access Easement issue must be resolved for this
project. 3. OK with proposed new deck on east side of building as long
as the landscaping shown on the south and southwest sides of the
building on the "previously approved Minor Amendment" are still to be
installed.
