1. All portions of the exterior walls of the first story of all
buildings will be located within 150' of an access roadway in
which emergency fire equipment can be maneuvered, or the
buildings will be provided with an approved automatic fire
extinguishing system. Building size or other criteria of the
Poudre Fire Authority may also indicate the need for an
approved fire extinguishing system or other fire protection
measures.
2. Trash areas to be enclosed with 5' min. opaque screen fence
or wall.
3. Handicapped access ramps to be provided at all street and
drive intersections and at designated handicapped parking
spaces.
4. Proposed building uses are assembly of pre -manufactured
components and office/administration uses.
5. All signs utilized will comply with the City Sign Code.
6. Energy conservation measures to be utilized include:
- V.A.V. gas fired mechanical system
- Heat reflective glazing
- Night setback thermostats
- High efficiency hot water heating system
- Efficient wall to floor area ratios
An energy savings of at least 18% is anticipated.
7. Industrial truck traffic to be discouraged from use of local
residential streets through company policy and use of on -site
directional signage.
