NOTES:
1. All plant materials shall be in accordance with A.A.N. specifications
for number one grade.
2. Tree planting, seeding and soil preparation to be done to City of
Fort Collins specifications.
3. All seeded turf areas shall be adequately irrigated for establishment
period of grasses.
4. All planting beds shall be mulched with 2 inch depth of washed rock
over a layer of Terrabond or similar landscape fabric.
5. All landscape areas shall be irrigated by an automatic underground
sprinkler system.
"A free permit must be obtained from the City Forester before any trees
or shrubs as noted on this plan are planted, pruned, or removed on the
public right-of-way."
"Trees shall not be planted in the drainage swale along the north
property line."
g , All landscaping within the open space shall be maintained by a
"Homeowners Association".
q . The outside perimeter fencing shall be maintained by the "Homeowners
Association".
10. A17 landscaping around the exterior perimeter of the subdivision shall
be secured by an irrevocable letter of credit, escrow account, or
performance bond for 125% of the valuation of the materials prior to
issuance of a certificate of occupancy for any unit. Interior
landscaping shall be secured on an individual lot basis as the units
are constructed. That is, the landscaping shall be in place or a bond
for 125% of the materials shall be posted before a certificate of
occupancy is issued for each unit as it is constructed.
