Mr. Ted Rose is planning to change the development on Lot 2, Block 3 of
Thunderbird Estates Ninth Subdivision. The lot is presently a paved
parking lot and the new plan is to construct a car wash.
Storm water detention is provided for this site in the detention ponds
on the West side of Lemay in the Southmoor Village detention ponds.
The change in use should not affect the run-off quantity, since the lot
is relatively small and will remain mostly hard surface.
Sincerely,
JAMES H. STEWART AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
