Re: Horsetooth Vista
Dear Mr. Liquin:
By ordinance, all maintenance for mobile home parks is
performed by the owner using City of Fort Collins
utilities.
Huskin and Company assumes all responsibility for main-
tenance and therefore has designed some of the utilities
to the fixture unit demand that will be created for a
mobile home park.
Sincerely yours,
R.W. Zoyiopou'os, P.E.

RE: Overdue Accounts
On November 14, 1972 Taft Associates, Hoskin & Company and
the Church of the Nazarene were reminded of previous letters
advising them of an account with the Water Department which was
not settled and further advising them that if this account were
not settled by December 1, 1972, that their facilities would
be disconnected from the City's system.
By this memo you are hereby directed, unless advised other—
wise in the interim, to disconnect the South Taft Hill Shoppette,
the Horsetooth Vista Trailer Park and the Church of the Nazarene
from the water system of the City of Fort Collins on December 1
and to advise this office of the completion of this turnoff.
I would recommend you accompany your personnel in this
operation.

Re: Horsetooth Vista
Dear Mr. Liquin:
At this time,Huskin and Company, developer of Horsetooth
Vista, is requesting water service for 304 mobile home
sites located at Horsetooth Road and South Taft Hill.
Because of the location of this project, it is the
developer's responsibility to provide adequate water
pressure for this project until such time that the City
of Fort Collins expands service to this area. It has
been projected that this period of time could be five
years.
As engineer for the project, my firm has been instructed
to design a pump station for this project to provide
water service.
Hopefully, the design of this station will be completed on
or about, July 23 and submitted for your approval.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact this office.
Sincerely yours,
R.W. Zoyiopoulos, P.E.

Re: Horsetooth Vista
Dear Mr. Liquin:
Last Friday, July 9, Lundvall Brothers, Contractor for
the Horsetooth Vista project, started on the outfall
sewer for this project.
My firm set line and grade for this outfall sewer based
on drawiings for this project and existing elevation of
the sewer south on Taft Hill.
On Saturday, July 10, I inspected the first five hundred
feet of this sewer line that was installed on Friday
and inspected all sewer lines installed Saturday July 10.
At two o'clock Saturday, the contractor asked if he
could back fill any or all of the sewer that had been
installed. Without realizing that the City of Fort
Collins hadn't been notified, either that the project had
started or that the City had not inspected this section
of outfall sewer, I told the contractor to back fill
the first five hundred feet.
