HomeMy WebLinkAboutHOFFMAN SKYLINE MOBILE HOME PARK - Filed ED-EASEMENT DEDICATION - 2004-08-26DEDICATION OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, being the owners thereof, hereby dedicate, quit claim and convey. unto the CITY OF FORT COLLINS, Colorado, a municipal corporation, a right of way and easement for the installation, reinstallation, servicing, maintenance and repair of utility lines, said ease- ment being situate in the NE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th p.m., Larimer County, Colorado, and being 6 feet in width and described as follows: A tract of land situate in the NE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th p.m., Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the North line of the said NE 1/4 as bearing N 89°35'30" W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at. a point which bears N 89035'30" W 551.00 feet, and again S 00°25' W 50.00 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 16 and run thence S 00°25' W 6.00 feet; thence N 89035'30" W 104.00 feet; thence N 00°25' E 6.00 feet; thence S 89035'30" E 104.00 feet to the point of beginning containing 624 square feet more or less.
