KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned,
being the owners thereof, hereby dedicate, quit claim and convey.
unto the CITY OF FORT COLLINS, Colorado, a municipal corporation,
a right of way and easement for the installation, reinstallation,
servicing, maintenance and repair of utility lines, said ease-
ment being situate in the NE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th p.m., Larimer County, Colorado, and being
6 feet in width and described as follows:
A tract of land situate in the NE 1/4 of Section
16, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th p.m.,
Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the North
line of the said NE 1/4 as bearing N 89°35'30" W and
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
is contained within the boundary lines which begin
at. a point which bears N 89035'30" W 551.00 feet,
and again S 00°25' W 50.00 feet from the Northeast
corner of said Section 16 and run thence S 00°25' W
6.00 feet; thence N 89035'30" W 104.00 feet; thence
N 00°25' E 6.00 feet; thence S 89035'30" E 104.00 feet
to the point of beginning containing 624 square feet
more or less.
