Gentlemen:
In regard to the Highlander Heights, 12th Subdivision, the
approved Utility Plan for the Subdivision indicates a water line
in Prospect Street to properly tie the water lines together.
The twelve inch line in Prospect Street should be constructed
as the development of the Subdivision proceeds, so that it is
completed prior to the connection of all the houses in the Subdivision.
