KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners
of Lot 2, Feeney Subdivision, Fort Collins, Colorado do hereby dedicate
and convey to the City of Fort Collins a temporary turn around easement
as described below. Said easement shall be in effect until that time
that the parking area and or Mitchell Drive are constructed on or adjacent
to said Lot 2.
A 40.00 foot radius circle situate in said Lot 2 whose center is a
point which bears East 76.00 feet and again North 50.00 feet from
the Southwest corner of said Lot 2.
All bearings hereon are relative to the bearings as shown on
the Feeney Subdivision.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners
of Lots 1. and 2, Feeney Subdivision, Fort Collins, Colorado do hereby
dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins an access and utility
easement forever hereafter as described below:
1. The West 59.00 feet of said Lot 1.
2. The North 24.00 feet of the South 46.72 feet of the East 101.00
feet of said Lot 1.
3. The North 24.00 feet of the South 46.72 feet of the West 38.00
feet of said Lot 2.
4. The East 24.00 feet of the West 62.00 feet of. said Lot 2
5. The South 24.00 feet of the North 49.00 feet of the East 115.00
feet of said Lot 2.
All bearings hereon are relative to the bearings as shown on
the Feeney Subdivision.
