Dear Tom: rt:
This is to inform you that the proposed Worth Shore Offices situate on
Tract "B" and Lot 1, North Shore P.U.D. and Lot 2, P,eplat of Part of Norn
Shore P.U.U. will not significantly change the storm water runoff of
the P.U.D. the proposal adds another office building where a two unit
tcunhouge had been proposed. A part of the existing asphalt parking area
will be replaced with landscaping and a new parking area will be added.
Using an assumed building footprint and driveway for the townhouses which
were planned, it appears there would only be an increase in non -pervious
surface of 4500 square feet. This increase is only 1% of the total area
of No'rih Shore P.U.D.
The parking area for tha existing office building is existing and therefore
makes it difficult to revise the grading of the proposed additional
building. All of the streets and drainage facilities for North Shore
P.U.D. are existing and accepted by the City of Fort Collins.
I feel then, that no revisions to the existing drainage patterns and
facilities should be made at this time.
If you have any questions regarding this proposal, please call.
Sincerely,
,AMES H. STEUART AND ASOCIATFS, INC.
