CITY OF FORT COLLINS ENGINEERING SERVICES April 8, 1985 Mr. Ronn Frank Ronn Frank & Co. 315 Canyon Fort Collins, CO 80521 Dear Ronn: Based upon our discussions today, I would make the following comments in regard to the North Lemay Subdivision, 2nd Filing (Replat). In accordance with the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Fort Collins and the LBP, Limited Partnership and 191- Associates, dated April 28, 1981, 1 understand the following: 1. The City agrees that the terms of the subdivision agreement are still valid. 2. There is no expiration time limit on the agreement. 3. The development can be done in phases in accordance with the terms of the agreement. We would suggest that when you have specific proposals to consider for development of the site, you call either myself or Bonnie Tripoli to arrange a meeting to dicuss how the conditions of the aqreement would affect the proposed development.
