Re: Indian Hills West P.U.D.

Dear Joe:
We have recently designed a new unit type at Indian Hills West.
Concept changes have required us to revise several lots in the
area around Tract C. The ten lots numbered 22 through 31 have
been resized and are now seven lots numbered 113 through 119.
Access to the units will he via a winding landscaped sidewalk
in a common area, then through private courtyards to the unit
entrance. The units will be oriented such that the courtyards
will and entrances will have solar exposure. The garages will
be near the streets and away from the main entrances.
A site plan showing general orientation is enclosed to aid in
understanding the concepts.
Several other lots have been increased in size to accommodate
other unit designs. The changes are as follows:
1. Former Lot 1, 30.00' x 50.00' changed to Lot 126,
36.00' x 56.00'
2. Former Lot 2, 24.00' x 55.00' changed to Lot 127,
24.00' x 60.00'
3. Former Lot 5, 30.00' x 50.00' changed to Lot 125,
36.00' x 55.00`
4. Former Lot 8, 24.00' x 55.00' changed to Lot 124,
24.00' x 56.00'
5. Former Lot 10, 24.00' x 55.00' changed to Lot 123,

6. Former Lot 14, 24.00' x 55.00' changed to Lot 122,

Dear Phil:
The Indian Hills West P.U.D. Phase One is a replat of existing lots for
the purpose of enlarging the lots. No change will be made to the street
system. The buildings will be enlarged proportionately to the larger
lots, but they will have a negligible effect on the overall runoff from
the development.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please let me know.
Sincerely,
JAMES H. STEWART AND ASSOCIATES, INC.

Dear Bonnie:
The Replat of Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17 and a part of Tract "A", Indian Hills
West P.U.D. Phase One, does not change the utilities or storm drainage
from that which was designed and constructed by the utility plans of
Indian Hills West P.U.D.
