RE: Hampshire Square II
Dear Rick:
Please accept this letter as a follow-up to our recent
conversation.
The proposed 18 single-family lot subdivision is located at the
northwest corner of Drake and Hampshire. It is estimated that
approximately 180 trips per day will be generated from this area
directly onto the collector, Hampshire, and the arterial, Drake.
Thank you for your review of this project, and please let me know
if any further information will be of assistance.
Sincerely,
STORCK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

Dear Mike:
I am writing to request a variance from the Street Design Criteria that
streets intersect at right angles. This request is for the intersection
of Hampshire Court and Hampshire Road. The angle of intersection is 83039',
which is within the allowable variance limit. Also, the centerline of
Hampshire Court lines up with, and is on the same bearing as, the existing
driveway into Drake Crossing on the east side of Hampshire Road.
Thank you for your consideration of this request.
Sincerely,
-k Gti ' tvZ

Dear Kate:
Re: Hampshire Court Subdivision
This is to certify that I have inspected the drainage facilities which
serve the Hampshire Court Subdivision and found them to be constructed in
conformance with the approved plans.
On May 15, 1993, I surveyed the as —constructed dimensions and elevations
of the detention pond and have calculated the volume to be 22,263 cubic feet,
which is more than required. The restriction plate with 82—inch diameter
opening is installed over the outlet pipe.
The attached red —lined print shows the surveyed elevations at various
locations, and the attached calculation sheet shows the as —built pond volume
calculation. Please call if you have questions.
Sincerely,
Phillip I. Robinson, P.E. & L.S.
