TO: Roy Bingman, City Engineer
FROM: Ed Hilgenberg, Supt. Water & Sewer
SUBJECT: Sewer on Ponderosa
Please be advised that as of this date that the sanitary sewage
collection main on Ponderosa Street, between Elizabeth and the
first manhole North of Orchard Street, has 400', more or less,
inpsected and accepted for operation and maintenance by the
City Sewer Department.
There was a meeting of Bill Hopkins of Frontier Plumbing,
Ruben Yoder of Imperial Homes, and Ed Hilgenberg and Manuel
Kerbel of the City of Fort Collins. It was agreed that the
city would accept only this portion, which leaves another 400'
of line that needsto be repaired and checked for leaks. It
was also agreed that if the Plumbing Company wants to seal the
remaining sewer by a chemical means that this is all right with
this Department.
Very truly yours,
Ed Hilgenberg
Supt. Water & Sewer
