Dear Chris:
Staff has reviewed the Golden Meadows 4th Filing Repl at, Final, and has the
following comments:
1. The project engineer must work with City staff regarding a number of
street design concerns.
2. The last note on sheet 1 of 3 should state that "No fences shall be
constructed on the 20' public utility easement paralleling the south
property line shown on this plat".
3. Additional easement needs to be dedicated in Tract "A" for water and
sewer lines.
4. The Warren Lake Trunk Sewer Repay will be assessed this property.
5. Front lot utility easements are to measure 8 feet instead of the 6
feet shown.
6. On sheet 2 of 3, lots 35 and 36, does the utility easement bisect
the lots?
Revised plans addressing the above concerns are to be submitted on Wednesday,
November 9, 1983. An 812" x 11" reduction of the plat is to be submitted on
Monday, November, 14, 1983. If you have any questions regarding the above
