In reference to my conversation with you today, Sterling Paving Co. has a signed
conlract with D.V.W. Development Co. for street construction in Greenfield Manor,
2nd Filing. Gallup Road and West Lauret Street. Road base has already been in-
stalled and asphalt paving will be installed sometime prior to October 15, 1977•
