First Replat Easement Vacation Dear Mr. Stringer: This is an application for the vacation of approximately 43 square feet of a landscape easement located near the southwest corner of lot 27. Since this is a landscape easement, utilities have not and will not be installed therein. The proposed vacation is necessary to accommodate the construction of a single-family residence on the lot.
