RR: Drainage Letter Report for the Harvest Park 5`h Filing - Multi -Family
Basil,
The purpose of this letter is to confirm that the drainage conditions set forth in the Final Drainage and
Erosion Control Study for Harvest Park, dated March 2000, have not been substantially changed. The
area presented in Harvest Park 5`b Filing represents a change in use from single family units to multi-
family units. The drainage patterns are not changing nor is the percent impervious.
Due to the similarity in use, grading and basin delineation, minimal variation in site drainage is
expected when compared to the approved drainage design presented in the Final Harvest Park Drainage
and Erosion Control Study. Therefore, the Harvest Park 5°i filing site is within the criteria of the
Drainage Report.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
n Allen -Morley, P.F,.

RE: Harvest Park Private Drive Trickle Pan
Jim Allen -Morley with Sear -Brown has asked if a trickle pan called out on the construction
drawings for Harvest Park, not be installed. This request is for a trickle pan located at the
intersection of a private drive with Harvest Moon Way as shown on the enclosed Sheet 26.
The trickle pan is located directly east of the high point for the private drive. The grading
shows that all the flows along this private drive will flow west and any flows proceeding east
crossing the sidewalk to Harvest Moon Way will be negligible.
There does not appear to be a compelling reason to install the trickle pan, provided the
private drive is graded per plan. Under criteria in the Larimer County Urban Area Street
Standards (9.4.11), it is my interpretation that the trickle pan is unnecessary. Let me know of
any questions or concerns.
