A thirty (30) foot traffic easement runs along the west property line of the lot described above, and as shown on the attached Exhibit 'B', is being proposed for vacation. The Applicant is requesting the easement vacation because the existing building encroaches into the easement. Also included with this memorandum is a copy of the request.
