RESOLUTION NO. PZ91-12
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT
ON LOT 15 CLARENDON HILLS FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain
easements and rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of
replats containing notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of Lot 15, Clarendon Hills First Filing,
City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, has requested
vacation of a portion of a utility easement on said property; and
WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved
by the pertinent City and private utilities and they have no
objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins that a portion of the utility
easement on Lot 15, Clarendon Hills First Filing, more particularly
described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herewith, be and is hereby vacated.

VACATING A UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
LOCATED ON LOT 16 OF CLARENDON
HILLS SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain
rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing
notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of Lot 16, Clarendon Hills Subdivision,
First Filing, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, has
requested that. the City vacate a utility and drainage easement on
a portion of said lot; and
WHEREAS, said easement is no longer necessary and the vacation
request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City and
private utilities and the Poudre Fire Authority and they have no
objections.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins that the utility and drainage
easement more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A 10.00 foot easement situate in Lot 16, Clarendon Hills,
First Filing, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State
of Colorado, which begins at a point on the Northeasterly line
of said Lot 16 which bears N 42*46' W 8.00 feet from the most
Easterly corner of said Lot 16 and run thence along the arc of
a 205.00 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 10.01
feet, the long chord of which bears S 48°37154" W 10.01 feet;
thence N 42*46' W 155.49 feet; thence N 54°46145" E 10.09 feet
to a point on the said Northeasterly line; thence S 42"46' E
154.41 feet to the point of beginning
be and is hereby vacated.
