DEED OF DEDICATION FOR EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:Thatthe undersigned, being the owner of certain
real property in Latimer County, Colorado legally described at Reception No. 97039627 in Larimer
County Records_ in consideration of'ren Dollars (S10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer, and
convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use forever a
permanent easement for Drainage in the City of Fort Collins, County of Latimer, State of Colorado,
more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort
Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such easement.

Samaritan Village Annexation to the City of Fort Collins situate in the Southeast Quarter of Section
11, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the 6"' P.M. Latimer County, Colorado being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Fort Collins Good Samaritan Village Annexation thence
along the South line of said Annexation South 88'37'00" West 60.00 feet to a point on the West
right-of=way line of Constellation Drive, thence along said West right-of-way line North 00'56'00"
West 538.12 feet to the TRU F_ POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said West right-of-
way line North 00'56'00" West 183.12 feet; thence departing said right-of-way Tine South 33°53'32"
West 315.08 feet; thence South 14`59'45" East 74.83 feet; thence South 86°47'03" East 56.04 feet;
