1. All plant materials shall be in accordance with AAN
specifications for Number One Grade.
2. All turf areas shall be irrigated with an automatic POP -up
irrigation system. All shrub beds and trees to be irrigated
with an automatic drip (trickle) irrigation system.
3. All trees to be balled 6 burlopped.
4. All shrub beds to be mulched with pole peelings (3" average
depth) on typor filter fabric.
5. Edging between grass and shrub beds shall be 1/8"x 4" steel
set level with top of sod.
6. All turf areas to be sodded or seeded with a Bluegrass blend.
7. A free permit must be obtained from the City Forester before
any trees or shrubs as noted on this plan are planted,
pruned, or removed on the public right-of-way.
b. Meet with the City Forester to determine the condition of
existing trees. All existing trees shall be pruned to City
Forester medium prune standards.
9. Additional detail of shrub beds, planting specifications, and
other planting installation information should be provided by
Landscape Architect prior to construction.
10. Minor changes in species and plant locations way be made
during construction as required by site conditions. Overall
quantity and quality to be consistent with approved PUD
plans.
