BITING AN ORDINANCE ANNI!XING CERTAIN TFRRITOR1' TO THE CITY 01; EORI' COLLINS, COLORADO
W11 REAS, the property hereinafter described has for more than three (3) years born)
)tirely contained within the boundaries of the City of Fort Collins; and
IVERFAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to annex said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T ORD.AINED BY 711E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That all of the territory more particularly described as situate in the
3unly of Larimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
Commencing at. the Bast Quarter Corner of Section 15, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 61h P. M,, thence South along the Fast line of Section 15
677.33 feet; thence West 280.00 feet to a point on the boundary of the First
Western Ileights Annexation to the City of ForL Collins, Colorado, which is
the true point of beginning; thence South along said Annexation 150.58 feet,
more or less' thence West- along said Annexation 760 feet, more or less, to
the Northc-11 corner of the Second Western heights Annexation; thence West along
said Annexation 280 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of said
Annexation, said point also being a point on the Sixth Fairview Annexation;
thence West along said Annexation 8.59 feet; thence N, 00008110" W. along
said Annexation 176.21 feet, more or less, to the Southmest corner of the
Ninth South Shields Street Annexation; thence S. 89032'30" E. along said
Annexation 1048.69 feet, more or less; thence South along said Annexation
17.24 feet, more or less, to the true point of beginning;
e and it hereby is annexed to the City of Fort Collins and made a part of said City, to
known as the Sixteenth South Shields Street Annexation.
Section 2. That in annexing said territory to the City of Fort Collins, the City of
Collins does not assume any obligation respecting the construction of water mains,
.cr lines, gas mains, electric service lines, streets or any other services or utilities
t connection with territory hereby annexed except as may be provided by the ordinances of
to City of Fort Collins.
Section 3. Within ninety (90) days from the date this ordinance becomes effective, no
nn permit shall be issued for any of the lands herein described unless said lands
boon zoned under the zoning ordinances of the City.
