STATEMENT OF OWNERSHIP, SUBDIVISION, DEDICATION
Know all men by these presents: that the undersigned being owners
of the following described land:
A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1,
Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City
of Fort Collins, County of Lorimer, State of Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
Considering the East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section
1 as bearing South 00'10'00" West and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Section 1; thence along
said East line, South 0010'00" West, 665.27 feet; thence, North
89'50'00" West, 63.00 feet to a point on the West line of South
Lemoy Avenue, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along
the North line of Lot 1, Harmony Market P.U.D., Fifth Filing North
89'50'00" West, 210.20 feet; thence alone the East line of Lot 1,
Harmony Market, Third Filing, North 00 00
01 East, 177.17 feet;
thence along the South line of Tract D, Harmony Market, Third
