OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, ADOPTING AND APPROVING
THE PLAT OF WHAT IS KNOWN AS I. C. BRADLEYIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, UPON THE PETITION AND APPLICATION OF THE OWNER OF MORE THAN TWO-
THIRDS OF THE. ENTIRE AREA EMBRACED IN SAID PLAT, AUTHORIZING THE ANNEXATION
OF ALL THE TERRITORY EMBRACED IN SAID PLAT OF I. C. BRADLEYIS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, THE SAME TO BE MADE A PART OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AND TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE LIMITATIONS AND JURISDICTION THEREOF
PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY CONTAINED IN SECTION 9213 OF THE COMPILED LAWS OF
COLORADO OF 1921, AND THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 14, 1924, PROVIDING
RULT;S AND REG LATIONS FOR THE ANNEXATION OF ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AND SUPPLEI5,'NTARY TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 9213 OF SAID COMPILED
LA3'S OF COLORADO OF 1921, AND AMENDATORY THEREOF.
WHEREAS, I. C. Bradley and Ora E. Long have filed and presented
their petition and application to the City Council as the ownersoof more
than two-thirds of the entire area embraced in what is known ad`I. 0.
Bradley's Addition to the City of Fort Collins, wherein and whereby said
petitioners and applicants petition the City of Fort Collins for the
annexation of all the territory embraced in what is known as I. C. Drikd1sy's
Addition comprising the lots and blocks as shown in the plat thereof annexed
to said petition, which said plat iras been duly signed and acknowledged by
the petitioners, granting, conveying and dedicating the streets and
in said proposed addition to the City of Fort Collins for the use of the
public; to be known as I. C. Bradley's Addition to the City of Fort Collins,
and to be included within the limits and jurisdiction thereof, which said
map or plat annexed to said petition shows that the proposed streets and
allays therein are in conformity as to courses and angles with the streets
and alleys of adjoining portions of said City of Fort Collins; and that all
streets and alleys will be brought to the legally established grade, as per
contract entered into by petitioners with the City of Fort Collins, at their
own expense, in accordance with the requirements of the ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins and Ordinance No. 14, 1924; and that all necessary
bridges and culverts have been constructed therein as required by said
Ordinance No. 14, 1924; and the cost thereof has been paid by the applicants;
and all taxes assessed against the said territory so embraced in said pro-
posed addition have been paid; and the said application has attached thereto
the certificate of the deputy electrical inspector that all buildings
situate within or on the territory proposed to be annexed have been
inspected by him as provided by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 14, 1924, and
his certificate filed for the same and provisions have been made for
complying with the requirements of the ordinances se to defects as shown
by the certificate of inspection;, and in the s aid application the
applicants for themselves and their grantees covenant and agree to and with
the City of Fort Collins that upon the acceptance of the said application,
it is expressly agreed and understood that the applicants and their .
grantees expressly covenant and agree that they will be bound by and will
observe and obey the ordinances in force and effect at the time of the
acceptance of said annexation of addition respecting the installation and
payment for local public improvements; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Fort
Collins that the petition of I. C. Bradley and Ora E. Long for the
annexation of all the territory embraced in what is known and described
as I. C.Bradley's Addition, as shown by the plat thereof annexed to said
petition, be accepted and approved, and that the territory embraced in
said plat of I. C. Bradley's Addition be annexed to and made a part of the
City of Fort Collins and be included within the limits and jurisdiction
thereof, and that the City Clark be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution to which shall be
attached a plat of said I. Co Bradleyâ–ºs Addition, and file the same with
the Clerk and Recorder of Larimer County for record; and that a duplicate
thereof be filed in the office of the City Clerk; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY the City Council that in accept-
ing and approving the plat of I. C. Bradleyvs Addition and authorising its
annexation to the City of Fort Collins, that the City of Fort Collins does
not assume any obligations respecting the construction of water mains,
sewer lines, gas mains or electric light lines with respect to the service
of the said addition except as may be required and provided by the owners
of property within the limits of said addition and except as may be
initiated by the owners of property within the limits of said addition
in compliance with the terms and provisions of

I, A. J. ROSENOW, the duly appointed, qualified
and acting City Clerk of the City of Fort Collins do hereby certify and
declare that the above and foregoing resolution is a true, correct, fall
and complete copy of a resolution duly adopted by the City Council of the
City of Fort Collins accepting and approving the plat of what is known and
described as I. C. Bradley's Addition, a proposed addition to the City of
Fort Collins, and that the plat hereto attached is a duplicate of
the
original filed in my office, which said resolution was duly passed
and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 28th day of
February, 1925.
