BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI7.`Y COUNCIL OF THE Cl`iY OF FORT COLLU, S:
Section 1. That the following described portion
of Magnolia Street in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, to-1.rit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Block
8 of Scott -Sherwood Addition to the City of
Fort Collins, thence South 30 feet; thence
'West 190 feet; thence North 30 feet; thence
East 190 feet to the point of be;_>,inning;
and also beginning at the Southeast corner
of Lot 16 in Block 8, Scott -Sherwood Addition
to the City of Fort Collins, thence South 30
feet; thence West 190 feet; thence North 30
feet; thence East 190 feet to the point of
beginning;
be and the same is hereby abandoned and vacated, and hence-
forth the same shall be treated as a part of the lots abutti,=,
the same on the North, and all right, title and intererl; of
the City of Fort Collins therein shall be and hereby becomes
vested in the owners of the lots abutting the same on the
North, as provided by law.
Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council
an emergency exists for the preservation of the public health,
peace and safety and this Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage under and by virtue of the authority contained
in Sections 6 and 7 of Article IV of the City Charter.
Introduced, read at length and adopted by the
unanimous vote of all members of the City Council, at a re;=,ular
meeting of. the City Council, held this 15th day of IvSarch,
A. D. 1946.

in accordance with the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 of
Article IV of the City Charter; and thereafter and on, to -wit:

Collins, recorded June 14, 1907, shows a portion of the North thirty (30)
feet of Magnolia Street being used as a street which said portion adjoin —
Lot sixteen (16), Block nine (9), of said Addition on the South and wlil ch is
contiguous to the South line of said lot sixteen (16), and

street, and for many years last past has been closed to the public tra.v=1, ale!
