RODENBERCF.R, RECORDER — LARIMER COUNTY CO STATE DOC FEE— S.P(A ORDINANCE NO. 15, 1989 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SOUTH COLLEGE AVENUE IN THE REPLAT OF BLOCK 2 AND LOTS 1 TO 7 INCLUSIVE OF BLOCK 1 OF THE ST. VRAIN SUBDIVISION AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has received a request from the owner of the St. Vrain Subdivision to vacate a portion of the right-of-way of South College Avenue located in the Replat Of Block 2 and Lots 1 To 7 Inclusive Of Block 1 Of The St. Vrain Subdivision, more particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, City agencies, the State Department of Highways, and utility companies have been contacted and report no objection to the proposed vacation and upon the condition that said right-of-way be reserved for utility purposes only; and WHEREAS, there will be no cost to the City in making the proposed vacation and reservation; and WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will not be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said street right-of-way. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the street right-of-way of South College Avenue located on the Replat Of Block 2 and Lots 1 To 7 Inclusive of Block I of The St. Vrain Subdivision, more particularly described on Exhibit A, be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished, reserving, however, unto the City the said area for utility easement purposes only.
