ORDINANCE
"RELATING TO 'THE VATATING OF A PORTION OF THE STREET Ai'?TT?
UPON THE SOTT SIDE OF LOT 1, IN BLOCK 14, IN TH"'
CITY OF FORT COLLINS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLI^.T':
Section. 1. That portion of the street lvin r scud: of
abutting upon Lot one (1) in Block Fourteen (14), in the City;
of Fort Collins, Colorado, more particularly described a:
follows, to -wit:
Be, -inning at a point where the south line of Lct
1 in said Bloch. 14 intersects the westerly line of
Pine Street; thence west on a line being the prcicn^
tion of the north line of Laporte Avenue 31.7 feet t
a point which is on the east line of Colico Avenue;
thence south along the east line of Colle e Avenue 4
feet to a point; thence folloxi.:g a curved line to the
point of beginning; said curved line to be located LE
follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of
Colle<_e Avenue wher the same is intersected by the
north line of Laporte Avenue produced, thence ea-.t fray,

sected by the north line of Laporte Avenue produced,
thence east 20 feet to a point, thence south 12 feet
to a point on the curve, thence from a point on the
east line of College Avenue where the same is inter-

to a point on the curve, the above description locatin
four points on the curved line;
be and the same is hereby vacated for street purTcses.
