AMENDMENT AGREEMENT NO. 1
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this /4Z day of
1984, by and between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a municipal corpora-
tion (City), and METCALF, LTD., a Colorado limited partnership (Developer),
is an amendment. to that certain Development Agreement dated the 24th day
of May, 1984, by and between the parties hereto.
By this Agreement, the aforesaid Development Agreement is hereby amended
in the following particulars:
Paragraph 2 is amended to read as follows
"E. Recreational Facility:
No more than 11 certificates of occupancy will be
issued in the developments as shown on the Master
Plar, of Cunningham Corners PUD prior to the issuance
of the Certificate of Occupancy for the Recreational
Facility incorporated into the site plan for Willow
Grove at Cunningham Corners PUD.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands the day
and year first above written.
