NOTICE OF CORRECTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING CORRECTION TO A
DOCUMENT ON FILE WITH THE LARIMER COUNTY CLERK AND
RECORDER, RECEPTION NUMBER #87002347, RECORDED ON JANUARY
13, 1987, PERTAINING TO THE WILLIAMSBURG P.U.D. MASTER PLAN.
WHEREAS, the legal description for the Williamsburg P.U.D. Master Plan,
as described on the Notice Document (Reception Number #87002347) and City
of Fort Collins Planning Department Project Number #96-81B, is incorrect.
WHEREAS, the legal description as described on the Notice Document
(Reception #87002347) now reads as follows, to wit:
A tract of land located in the southeast one quarter of
Section 12, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the sixth
principle meridian, Fort Collins, Colorado, which considering
the cast line of the said southeast on quarter as bearing due
north and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the
southeast corner of said section 12 and run thence north
2128.43 feet along the said cast line; thence west 530.00 feet;
thence south 85.56 feet; thence N 87 34'09" W 258.00 feet;
thence N 87 33'54" W 656.25 feet; thence south 2042.92 feet
to a point on the south line of the said southeast one
quarter; then S 88 27'40" E 1443.93 feet along the said south
line to the point of beginning containing 68.46 acres more or
less and being subject to a right-of-way for County Road 34
over the south 30.00 feet thereof and to a right-of-way for
County Road 13 over the east 30.00 feet thereof.
WHEREAS, the legal description is now hereby corrected by this document
to read as follows, to wit:
A tract of land located in the southeast one quarter of
Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th
P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, containing 12.45 acres more or less, and being
subject to an easement for a sanitary sewer line as it now
exists.
