OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING THE BLANKET ACCESS EASEMENT
ON LOT 65, WILD WOOD FARM, SECOND FILING P.U.D.
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes
the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain easements and rights -of -way, by
resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and
WHEREAS, the Owner of Lot 65, Wild Wood Farm, Second Filing P.U.D., has
requested the vacation of the blanket access easement across said Lot as dedicated on
the plat entitled "Wild Wood Farm, Second Filing P.U.D." ; and
WHEREAS, said easement was originally dedicated for temporary public access
to County Road 9 from Indigo Circle North, primarily to enable school buses to access
' - the traffic signal at the intersection of County Road 9 and Harmony Road until a signal
was constructed at Corbett Drive and Harmony Road; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Developer/Owner of Wild Wood Farm, Second
Filing P.U.D. agreed that, upon installation of a signal at Corbett Drive and Harmony
Road, the temporary access road to County Road 9 from Indigo Circle North would be
removed by the Developer and the access easement on Lot 65 would be vacated by
the City; and

WHEREAS, said signal at Corbett Drive and County Road 9 has since been
constructed; and
J WHEREAS, the temporary access is therefore no longer necessary nor desirable
to retain and is requested for vacation at this time.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
of Fort Collins that the blanket access easement on Lot 65 of Wild Wood Farm, Second
Filing P.U.D. as dedicated on the plat entitled "Wild Wood Farm, Second Filing P.U.D.",
be and the same hereby is vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Fort Collins held this 25th day of November, A.D. 1996.
