ORDINANCE NO. 99 , 1984
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF TRACT E OF THE VINEYARDS
AT STONEHENGE P.U.D. FILING ONE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a portion of Tract E of the Vineyards at Stonehenge P.U.D.,
Filing One, set forth in more particular below; and
WHEREAS, Tract E of Filing One was originally intended as the location
of a tennis court which has been relocated eastward in the approved plat of
The Vineyards at: Stonehenge, Filing II; and
WHEREAS, this relocated tennis court will serve as a buffer between
Filing II and the original single family homes at Stonehenge; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that portion of Tract E of The Vineyards at Stonehenge, P.U.D.
Fling One set out in more particularly as follows, to wit:
A tract of land, located in the North 1/2 of Section
19, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M.,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of the North 1/2 of said
Section 19 as bearing N 00°00'00" W and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto;
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 19;
thence N 89°49'30" E, 50.00 feet to the southwest
corner of the plat of The Vineyard at Stonehenge P.U.D.
Filing One, on file with the Larimer County Clerk and
Recorder in Book 2095, Page 73; thence N 89°49'30" E,
620.20 feet to a point on the east -west centerline of
Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 68 West, said point
being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence N 01°38'53" E, 24.38 feet to a point on the
southerly right-of-way of Niagara Drive; thence follow-
ing said southerly right-of-way 247.25 feet along the
arc of a curve concave to the Northwest, whose central
angle is 72°38'53", radius of 195.00 feet, and whose
long chord bears N 55°19'26" E, 231.02 feet; thence N
19°00'00" E, 11.15 feet; thence 26.89 feet along the
arc of a curve concave to the Southeast, whose central
angle is 85°34'51", radius of 18.00 feet, and whose
long chord bears N 61°47'25" E, 24.46 feet; thence
30.77 feet along the arc of a reverse curve concave
to the North, whose central angle is 03°42'37", radius
of 475.17 feet, and whose long chord bears S 77°16'28"
E, 30„77 feet; thence 26.04 feet along the arc of a
reverse curve concave to the Southwest whose central
angle is 82 53 42 , radius of 18.00 feet and whose long
chord bears S 34°30'00" E, 23.83 feet; thence 22.68
feet along a reverse curve concave to the East whose
central angle is 06°56'52", radius of 187.00 feet and
whose long chord bears S 03°28'26" W, 22.66 feet;
thence S 00°00'00" W 58.40 feet; thence 18.85 feet
along the arc of a curve concave to the West, whose
central angle is 60°00'00", radius of 18.00 feet, and
whose long chord bears S 30°00'00" W, 18.00 feet;
thence 57.60 feet along the arc of a reverse curve
concave to the East whose central angle is 150°00'00",
radius 22.00 feet and whose long chord bears S 15*00'
00" E, 42.50 feet; thence S 00°00'00" W, 13.03 feet;
thence S 89°49'30" W, 260.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING
The above described tract contains 0.506 acre, more or
less.
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of August , A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of August A.D. 1984.
