ORDINANCE NO. 73, 1981
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF TRACT B, VILLAGE WEST EIGHTH FILING
LOCATED IN A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion of
Tract B located within the Village West Subdivision in the City of Fort
Collins, as is more particularly set out below; and
WHEREAS, said portion of Tract B is not presently needed; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following portion of Tract B, Village West Eighth Filing,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 45, Village
West, Eighth Filing, thence North 00*13' East - 110.08
feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 45, thence
South 89*47' East - 7.00 feet to the Northwest corner
of Lot 46, Village West, Eighth Filing, thence South
00*13' West - 110.01 feet to the Southwest corner of
said Lot 46, thence along the arc of a 630.00 foot
radius curve to the left a distance of 7.00 feet, the
long chord of which bears South 89`37'32" West - 7.00
feet to the Point of Beginning,
be, and it hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of May, A.D. 1981, and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of May, A.D. 19W
