1. First party agrees tnat said subdivision plat shall be,

as follows:
(A) To submit to first party the follo.ring detailed
ir;provement plans, acceptable to the first party:.
(1) A plan of the proposed water distribution syste:"
including the connecting pipelines to the points of connection to. the
first partyjs existing hater distribution system and shorting all valves
and fire hydrants.
(2) plans and profiles of the proposed sanitary setter
system including all mar -holes and connections to the first partyjs '
existing sy nitary sewer system..
(3) A plan of the proposed electrical distribution system
including connecting lines
the first partyjs existing electrical
distribution system and including all street lights.
(4) Plans and profiles of all street i orovements.
(5) Plans and profiles of the proposed street drainage
system Showing t:.e connections to one first partyjs storm setter system
and _^ciud? r..0 all store se::er i^meets and �rzoles.
(6) Items A (1) to A (5) inclusive are to be financed by the
p ty of the second part, excepting only Item (3) electrical distribution
syste^, All material required for street lights are to be paid foT by -
the party of t:^•C SEcond part to the Tuight & ?o.;ar Department Of the City.
In the event the City of Fort Collins shall require larger
utcr ^_^ins, sanitary sewermains or storm sewermains to be constructed
thin the subdivision than would be recuired by standard engineering
•-)ractices to serve the subdivision, in order to properly extend these
serv-_ces to of er a eas, the Citf of Fort Collins *,p-ll pay a portion. of
the cost of such enlarged facility based oa proration of the cost of the
_acility actually constructed and the estimated cost of such facility as
on the subdivider rs approved plan. Such proration of costs bet :een `
of Fort Colli ns and the subdivider shall be detern=nEd in advance
of Construction by the City Engineer and in the event Of any dispute this
