PZ93-3 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE FORT COLLINS SECOND AND HARMONY P.U.D. AT THE VILLAGES AT HARMONY WEST WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and WHEREAS, the Owner of the Fort Collins Second and Harmony P.U.D. at the Villages at Harmony West, City of Fort Collins, Larimer Country, Colorado, has requested that the City vacate a drainage easement located on said P.U.D.; and WHEREAS, said portion of said drainage easement is no longer necessary to retain and the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City and private utilities, and they have no objections. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins that the drainage easement more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herewith, be and is hereby vacated.
