EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of the
following described land to -wit, do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the
City of Fort Collins to have and hold a permanent easement for storm water
detention, in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more
particularly described as follows:
A part of Lot 3 of the New Hampshire Subdivision, which begins at a
point which bears N 00' 26' 30" E 1163.98 feet, and again N 89' 44' 29" W
313.89 feet, and again N 00' 24' 30" E 165.00 feet from the Southeast
corner of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M.,
and runs thence S 72' 30' W 19.00 feet; thence S 30' 00' W 73.00 feet;
thence N 2-70 30' W 53.00 feet; thence N 58' 57'W 122.80 feet; thence
N 54' 57' E 76.85 feet; thence S 89' 44' 29" E 122.00 feet; thence
S 000 24' 43" W 85.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing
15,871 square feet.
