OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN THE
Replat of Block Two, Uplands Prospect Business Park P.U.D.,
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4)
Collins authorizes the Planning z
easements by resolution or by
notation of such dedication; and

id Zoning Board to vacate certain
approval of replats containing
WHEREAS, the Owner of the Upland's Prospect Business Park
P.U.D., has requested the vacation of a drainage easement in the
Replat of Block Two, Upland's Prospect Business Park P.U.D., and
more particularly described below; and
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the
pertinent City Departments, which Departments report no objections
to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins, that the DRAINAGE EASEMENT on
Lot 5, Block Two, of the Replat of Block Two, Uplands Prospect
Business Park P.U_D. Subdivision, City of Fort Collins, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows
to wit:
A drainage easement in Lot 5, Replat of Block Two,
Upland's Prospect Business Park P.U.D., City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado which begins at the most
Southerly corner of said Lot 5 and run thence along the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 5 along the arc of a 1687.28
foot radius curve to the left a distance of 417.00 feet, the
long chord of which bears N50°09'43"W 415.94 feet; thence
N82013'03'E 361.15 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line
of said lot 5; thence along the arc of a 1381.04 feet radius
curve to the right a distance 240.00 feet, the long chord of
which bears S46°23'49"E 239.70 feet to the most Easterly
corner of said Lot 5; thence along the Southeasterly line of
said Lot 5 along the arc of a 60.00 foot radius curve to the
left a distance of 177.86' feet, the long chord of which bears
S53039'22"W 119.52 feet and again S55°36'37"W 140.26 feet to
the point of beginning.

Be and is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and
Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins held this 2nd day of
December A.D. 1999.
