THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 2.� day of��'(�Lc(�L„
19`6_�, by and !between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a municipal
corporation ("'City"), and BUCAIN CORPORATION, a Colorado Corporation
("Developer"), is an amendment to that certain Development Agreement dated
the 28th day of April, 1982, by and between the parties hereto.
By this Agreement, the aforesaid Development Agreement is hereby
amended in the following particulars:
Paragraph 2. is amended to include;
E. Other.
The Developer agrees to construct and maintain a tem-
porary all weather access drive off -site until such time
as a permanent second point of access is provided to the
clubhouse.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands the day
and year first above written.
