ORDINANCE NO. 88 1978
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE
SOUTHMOOR VILLAGE EAST SUBDIVISION, THIRD FILING.
WHEREAS, there was dedicated for public purposes to the City
of Fort Collins a six (6) foot utility easement in the Southmoor
Village East Subdivision, Third Filing; and
WHEREAS, such easement is not needed for municipal purposes
nor will the same be needed for municipal purposes in the future;
and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property across which the easement
is located have requested that the City of Fort Collins vacate
said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the following described easement, to -wit:
Commencing 6 feet South and 10 feet East of the
Northwest corner of Lot 195, Southmoor Village
East Third Filing, in the 0City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, thence South 89 51'S8" Eas� 114 feet,
thence North 6 feet, thence North 89 51'58" West
114 feet, thence South 6 feet to the point of
beginning;
be, and the same hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 5th day of September A.D. 1978, and to be
presented for final passage on the 19th �ay�of September , A.D.

admitted to the United States Mails as second class matter under
the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1879, and any amendments
thereof; that said newspaper is printed in whole in said County of
Larimer and has a general circulation therein; that said newspaper
had been so printed and published as a public daily newspaper of
general circulation in said County of Larimer, uninterruptedly and
continuously, during the period of more than fifty-two consecutive
weeks next prior to the first issue thereof containing the annexed
legal notice or advertisement; that said annexed legal notice or
advertisement was published in the regular and entire editions of
said newspaper for
