ORDINANCE NO. 75 , 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENTS IN
THE ROCKWILLOW P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to vacate certain ease-
ments in the Rockwillow P.U.D., as set out more particularly below; and
WHEREAS, replacement easements have already been dedicated in said
P.U.D.; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or inured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain easements recorded with the Larimer County Clerk
and Recorder's office referencing book and page numbers set out as follows,
to wit: Original Plat dated June 15, 1981, Book 2119, page 1057; Declara-
tion dated June 15, 1981, Book 2119, page 1058; Amended Plat dated December
1811981, Book 2146, page 712, all as found in the Rockwillow P.U.D. be,
and the same hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this ist day of June , A.D. 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the __15th day of_ June_ , A.D. 1982.
