HomeMy WebLinkAboutOSPREY OFFICE PARK PUD - Filed OA-OTHER AGREEMENTS - 2004-01-12ADDENDUM TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT THIS ADDENDUM made and entered into this 7_6h day of 1982, by and between THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "the City", and OSPREY, INC., Owner, hereinafter referred to as "the Developer," W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of certain property situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, and legally described as follows, to -wit: The Osprey Office Park PUD, being a parcel of land situate in the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. WHEREAS, the Developer desires to change the Development Agreement as follows: to add to Exhibit "A" the following: "Item 5. The Developer, by the act of recording the Osprey Office Park PUD plat, does dedicate to the public a portion of the right of way for Boardwalk Drive and therefore becomes eligible for the reimbursement of said right of way in accordance with and by the Special Improvement District for Boardwalk Drive at such time said improvement district is created. WITNESS OUR HANDS and seals the day and year first above written.
