VACATING PORTIONS OF THE DRAINAGE ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT
DEDICATED ON LOT 1 AND LOT 2 OF THE MIRAMONT OFFICE PARK
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval
w of replats containing notation of such vacation; and

w WHEREAS, the Owner of Lots 1 and 2 of the Miramont Office Park has requested
Qthat the City vacate portions of the drainage, access, and utility easements dedicated on
Lots 1 and 2 of the Miramont Office Park and more particularly described on Exhibit A and

M WHEREAS, the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent
it City and private utilities, and they report no objections.

o �H NOW, THE=REFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City
z of Fort Collins, than a 5 foot portion of the drainage, access, and utility easement dedicated
o on Lot 1 and that a 3 foot portion of the drainage, access, and utility easement dedicated

A vacation easement located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 6 North,
Range 69 West of the 6`n' Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Considering the North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section I as bearing North
89'58'54" East from a aluminurn cap in a range box at the North '/< Corner of said
Section 1 to a aluminum cap in a range box at the Northeast Corner of said Section 1 and
with all hearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the North''/< Corner of said Section I; thence, South 00'11'05" West,
72.70 feet; thence along the South line of Colorado Highway No. 68, South 86016'06"
East, 348.40 feet; thence leaving said South line, South 00'11'05" West, 374.15 feet;
thence, South 6)0'1 7'54"East, 143.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence, North
