EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE. PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owner of the following
described land, to -wit, does hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort
Collins to have and hold utility, drainage and bridal path easements which are more part-
icularly described as follows:
Utility Easement No. 1: An 8.00 foot wide utility easement situate in Lots
29 thru 40, Repllat of a Part of Fairway Estates, City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, the centerline of which begins at a point on
the North line of said Lot 29 which bears N 89' 09' W 58.00 feet from the
Northeast corner of said Lot 29 and run thence S 00' 51' W 368.04 feet.
Utility Easement No. 2: A 10.00 foot wide utility easement situate in Lot 29,
Replat of a Part of Fairway Estates, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, the centerline of which begins at a point which bears N 89'
09' W 54.00 54.00 feet and again S 000 51' W 5.00 feet from the Northeast corner
of said Lot 29 and run thence N 89' 09' W 236.00 feet.
Utility and Pedestrian Access Easement No. 3: An 18.00 foot wide utility ease-
ment situate in the vacated service road adjacent to Lots 29 thru 40, Replat
of a Part of Fairway Estates, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State
of Colorado which centerline begins at a point on the South line of Fairway
Lane which bears N 89' 09' W 281.00 feet from the Northeast corner of said
Lot 9 and run thence S 00' 51' W 370.39 feet.
Utility Easement No. 4: A six foot wide utility easement situate in Lot 36,
Replat of a Part of Fairway Estates, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado which centerline begins at a point which bears N 89' 09' W
54.00 feet and again S 00' 51' W 235.00 feet from the Northeast corner of
Lot 29 if the said Replat and run thence N 89' 09' W 191.00 feet.
Drainage and Bridle Path Easement No. 5: A drainage and bridle path easement
situate in Lots 39 and 40, Replat of a Part of Fairway Estates, City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado which begins at a point which
bears N 89' 44' W 54.00 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot 40 and run
thence N 89' 44' W 236.01 feet; thence N 00' 51' E 46.90 feet; thence S 89'
09' E 236.00 feet; thence S 00' 51' W 44.50/ feet to the point of beginning.
