OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF A BLANKET DRAINAGE,
ACCESS, AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE
FORT RAM VILLAGE P.U.D., 2nd FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort
w Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain
F" W rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing
w notation of such vacation; and

Q WHEREAS, the Owner of Fort Ram Village P.U.D., 2nd Filing,
City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, has requested that
cn F the City vacate a portion of a blanket drainage, access, and
utility easement in said 2nd Filing; and

w WHEREAS, as that portion of said blanket easement is no longer
'i necessary and the vacation request has been reviewed and approved
oU by the pertinent City and private utilities and the Poudre Fire
O „ Authority andthey have no objections.

5 NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning
o O Board of the City of Fort Collins that the portion of the blanket
drainage, access, and utility easement more particularly described
W on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herewith, be and
is hereby vacated.

VACATING PORTIONS OF A "BLANKET DRAINAGE,
ACCESS & UTILITY EASEMEN"1" IN FORT RAM
VILLAGE P.U.D., SECOND FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2-353(4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate easements , by resolution
or by ❑pproval of rcplats containing notation of such vacation and
WHEREAS, the owner of Fort Ram Village P.U.D. Second Filing has
requested a vacation of a portion of a "Blanket Drainage, Access & Utility
Easement; in said Fort Ram Village P.U.D. Second Filling; and
WHEREAS, US West Communications, Columbine Cable Television, Public
Service Co., City of Fort Collins Water & Sewer Department, City of Fort
Collins Light & Power Department and City of Fort Collins Stormwater Utility
have been contacted and express no objection to the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Fort Collins that the portion of "Blanket Drainage, Access &
Utility Easement" described on the attached Exhibit "A", is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Board of the City of Fort Collins beld this 28th day of August, A.D. 1989.

A tract of .Land located in the North half of Section 15, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of
Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
Considering the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Sec-
