Gentlemen:
We have inspected the structure at Lot 21, Four Seasons Eighth
subdivision (3764 Century Drive), a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This inspection was performed on May 19, 1992.
The elevation at the lowest point of access, which is the window
well located on the north end of the east aide of the house, is a
minimum of three (3) feet four (4) inches above the elevation of
the nearest point of the..,(q(jjalr,ent drainage channel.

RE: Lot 21, Four Seasons Eighth (3864 Century Drive)
Gentlemen:
We have reviewed the top of the foundation elevation at the
residence under construction at the above referenced location.
It is our opinion that the top of the foundation is at 5073.5 and
the the lowest window well is 5071.5 feet. The benchmark is 5066.6
and is the northeast bottom bolt at the southeast corner of
Tradition and Dennison. It is our opinion that these elevations
conform with the requirements of the grading plan.

Conformity of Detention Pond,
Dear Mr. Schlueter;
The following is being submitted to you, as certification
on the detention pond in Four Seasons, Subdivision.
Submitted herewith is a red lined copy of sheet 4 of 10,
Grading and Drainage Plan- Four Seasons, Eighth Filing
Subdivision, of the engineered plans from Stewart and
Associates, Consulting Engineers.
The plan sheet shows the existing elevations that were
taken by Delgado & Delgado, Consultants of Fort Collins,
on the 27th day of December 1991.
The construction of this pond was found to be consistent and within
acceptable tolerances as specified in the approved plan sheet
as submitted.
Critical elevations were checked as follows:
(1) Culvert sidewalk flowline.
Plan = 65.76 Final = 65.76
(2) Flowline outlet pipe.
Plan = 66.20 Final = 66,20
(3) Top of berm.
Plan = 69.7 Final =
(4) Spillway overflow elevation.

Four Seasons Eighth Filing. a subdivision of Fort Collins,
Colorado. This inspection was performed on September 23, 1992.
The elevation at the lowest point of access, which is the window
well located on the west end of the south side of the house, is a
minimum of one foot ten inches (1'10") above the elevation of the
nearest point of the adjacent drainaqe channel.

Dear Susan:
I received, from Jon Estabrook of Odau.Cerlstruction, a price of
Five Thousand One Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($5115.00) to perform the
required erosion control procedures for the Four Seasons Eighth Filing.
The price to reseed the maximum stripped are of 250,000 square
feet at a price of 0.012 Dollars ($0.012) per squ re foot would be Three
Thousand Dollars ($3000.00).
