The surveyed elevations Lot 2 5065.30 Lot 3 5065.06 Lot 4 5065.98 Lot 5 5065.54 Lot 6 5065.40 Lot 7 5064.84 Lot 8 5065.01 are as follows: Marc Middel has constructed all of these residences at a higher elevation than the minimums shown on the plans. The surveyed elevation is 5065.34, which is above the specified minimum of 5063.6. Also, we surveyed the as —constructed elevations of the drainage swale through Tract A of Four Seasons Seventh Filing. These surveyed elevations are shown in red on the attached print of the Four Seasons Seventh Filing grading, drainage and erosion control plan. The as —constructed swale is in compliance with the approved plans and has sufficient capacity to carry the design flow. I am also attaching a copy of my letter to Susan Hayes which states the surveyed lowest opening elevations of Lots 2 through 8 of Four Seasons Seventh Filing.
