We have surveyed the elevation of the lowest opening at the existing
residence on Lot 1 of Four Seasons Seventh Filing. The surveyed elevation
is 5065.34, which is above the specified minimum of 5063.6.
Also, we surveyed the as —constructed elevations of the drainage swale
through Tract A of Four Seasons Seventh Filing. These surveyed elevations
are shown in red on the attached print of the Four Seasons Seventh Filing
grading, drainage and erosion control plan. The as —constructed swale is in
compliance with the approved plans and has sufficient capacity to carry the
design flow.
I am also attaching a copy of my letter to Susan Hayes which states the
surveyed lowest opening elevations of Lots 2 through 8 of Four Seasons Seventh
Filing. Please call if you need further information.
